| Wicca certifies to the NASAR CST HRD Water Type 1 |
| On December 28th, Wicca was certified as a CST HRD Water Type 1. She had to complete a shoreline as well as working from a boat to locate the scent of human remains. This type of search and rescue is used in the recovery of drowning victim. |
